Today, I visited the new Eve location to set up the permanent label printing solution using Bartender. I installed a Cisco router with a gateway to the Mars network and set up a brand-new laptop. We ensured the printers were configured to the Mars servers as required, and now everything is functioning smoothly without any issues.

Today, I visited the Mars office in Newark to ensure the bartender system was operational for the New Eve Eve location. We managed to establish a connection to the bartender server using the new laptop through Pulse Secure VPN. However, since Pulse Secure VPN will soon be discontinued, we need to transition to Zscaler VPN, which is set to replace it.

Today, on a Sunday, I revisited the new eve location because the end user reported that the laptop I had left with them on Friday suddenly displayed the blue screen of death. They needed to continue printing as they work after hours and on weekends, so I brought my personal laptop, installed Bartender, and set up all the templates and database locally. Now, they can print without any issues. This is a temporary fix until a permanent solution is implemented.

went to the new EVE location arrived at 12:30PM left at 8:30PM total 5 hours of travel time. The purpose of me going outside was for me to configure the existing laptop that is up there to a new user that has more permissions to see if we are able to print using bartender print portal. Unfortunately, with the new user we are able to see the print portal now but it looks like there is a port that is being blocked and is not allowing us to use the print client to access the print portal. As a last resort I left my Morris laptop up there and took their Mary's laptop that's not working and installed print station map the template folders linked all the database and they're able to print currently but this is a temporary solution.
